I download it and when I click on winsetup.exe I get the error message :  Error: Unable to launch 'demons.exe'.  Make sure the filename is in the same directory as this Setup program. 

Any suggestions??

Yeah, that's my fault. I was going through name changes but I shouldn't have changed the .exe name, but I think all you need to do is rename the exe to demons, and winsetup will run.

I have hammer, nails, crowbar, card, bottle, cup, adhesive, 3sticks, coins.  I made the key and got into the bathroom but didn't find anything.  I've been in almost every room.  Is there something I can do with my inventory?

Just two things: before I use it, when I wanted to select the rattling stick, the game crashed, saying I didn't have the item in my inventory.

All the house is now drenched in blood (lovely...) I have been to the room with the two coffins, but couldn't do anything with them. Now this room seems to have gone, and there is nothing in any of the other rooms that I can do. Where now ? Help !

Gah, the crashes suck. I think there's too many sticks. But by now it must have worked or else you wouldn't be where you are.

The grey wall with the door that appears when you turn the sink on, moves up and down between the two floors. It might not be in the right spot.

The wall with the door is there, it's not grey anymore as everything is red now. Just the room with the 2 desks that led into the room with the coffins just leads into the corridor behind now. I have been to every accessible room, and some earlier ones are now closed, but there is nothing to do anywhere...

Ok, I sent the door upstairs and found the doll etc. Now I have entered the cupboard, and I seem to be in some sort of labyrinth. I always end up in a room with only red doors, and when I enter them, I am on a completely red screen with a dark red blob on it. Am I dead, or what ? All I can use on the blob is the broken bottle, and it says "you cut the rope with the broken bottle". Doesn't sound right, does it ?

Stupid glitches! No, don't use the bottle. But do you perhaps have things to glue together? if you don't, there's no way to get them at that point. It's sort of a life or death situation.

Am completely stuck, have made key and used that, flooded hall to get lift............now what, been to all rooms and can't find what to do next.........I have nails, sticks (one rattles), hammer, crowbar, glue, cup, coins, bottle and lighter[\hide]

I have now found room with coffins but think I'm having the same problem as you found as the room now disappears.  Have been up and down lifts etc and in all rooms but am stuck again.........even the kitchen has disappeared - is this a glitch or am  missing something? [\hide]
