Mordy on holiday

Hi,

So far I got the followings:
money, mug and mushroom.

I've spoken to everybody and I did give drink to prisoner.

According to the document of this game, books from portion shop suppose to give some hints but doesn't.

I don't want complete walkthrough, for those who are playin, can you give some pointers to what I should be done next?

I know that I need getting topaz from prisoner to buy something.

Here's some of the stuff that I've done... but I'm stuck now....

  I looked at the melon and fish from the merchant, talked to the merchant and was able to buy melon.  I got something from the mystic.  If you click objects on the books in the potion shop, sometimes it will tell you about the item.  How did you get a drink?  The bartender wouldn't give me one.

Sorry I don't know how to use a spoiler. But for all you people who don't wanna know this...don't look, lol.

To get the drink you have to have the mug on the bar counter. You ask the bartender for a drink and while he is busy making it you fill up the mug with alcohol from the barrel on the counter.

I'm stuck at the pathway. It's too dark for me to go through...what do I do?

the key opens something locked. hehe. do you remember the name on the grave of where you got the key?

try using some of these other items on the books in the potion shop. some will surprise you.

ok I got a teensy bit farther...

Found the shotgun shell recipe.  Put the seeds and water in the cauldron.  Don't know where to find dead plant remains.  I also have the burning potion and the plant... Thinking maybe I have to kill the plant... but don't know how.  Still can't get throught the passage.

I think the plant puzzle was the worst in the game, really not many pointers for this.

Do you have anything in your invertory to light the torch?

Okay so I'm stuck again!Ã,  I've got...

Map, to-do list, mystic's card, GT Marley's locker key, a bone of GT Marley, a green mushroom, a red mushroom, a potion license, list for shotgun shells, telekinisis spell, shotgun shells, shotgun, grass and mug.Ã, 
I already gave the prisoner a drink of alcohol, alcohol mixed with grass and water. Nothing has happend. I can't open the tomb door. I have no idea what to do next...I've been everywhere I can think of!

If you gave the alcohol and grass mixture to the prisoner, he should now be willing to spit out his secrets... have you tried to talk to him after the drink?

When you eat the red mushroom, you become smaller. Small enough to fit where you couldn't before.
