And if I downloaded the game a couple of days ago, then the fix is not fixed?Ã,  So I cant see the secret area?

Rosie:Ã,  As long as you go back to an earlier saved game from before you killed the demon you should still be able to get to the secret room - I'm currently still trying to figure out the secret.

Is there a more overt hint you can give me on how to find the secret area?  I've died numerous times already and I think i've tried everything.

  When Morty's falling the only things I can seem to look at, talk to or interact with are Mordy and the spikes.  I've tried clicking all of my inventory items on both Mordy and the spikes but he can't seem to use any of them except the red mushroom (I thought that if he turned into the bunny he might be able to hop away but this didn't work)

you will get the peg leg when you give the yellow jewel to that guy who sells the fish and watermelons...He will giveyou the leg.

The prisoner is the only one who can tell you where he hid the jewel.  You have to give him something and then he will talk.

no, you can see the secret area doesnt matter when you downloaded the game.

there was a bug where once you killed the demon, he reappears if you walk towards him, and he pulls the switch. he shouldnt reappear, since he is already dead.

since the secret area is down where the spikes are, the demon needs to be alive to pull the switch for you to fall down. however, with the bug, the demon still pull the switch, even though you already killed the demon. i hope  you understand what i just said. im not even sure i do.

now, big tip for the secret area . . .

I finally found the secret area - it's quite a pixel hunt and he's falls extremely fast (but I guess that's the whole purpose of an Easter egg).

hey everybody! i am totally digging the game! the problem is that when i spoke to the prisoner i was distracted and totally missed the message and didnt get where he hid the stone!blahhh! help per favore! and i got the hint for guessing the colour of the mystic,or at least i thought i did.he is not cooperating.i even tried using "descriptive colours" like peacock ....... and light ......I am sooo way off arent i? man!

Show your license to the witch lady in potion shop. She gives you a potion.   Use it on torch (or self?).     After you get through the passageway,  you will soon see some grass.

What do I need to light the torch

hi Sunshine..... Let me see if I can remember.... You have the license to buy portions, so go into the store and buy one.  She will give you a hot portion.  Use this on the torch in the tunnel and it can then be lit and you can get to the other side of town.

Hope this works for you By the way, You have to get the red mushroom also on the other side of town......

you will not get the color the mystic is guessing until you get to the tomb and stand under the light coming in from the ceiling.  It will turn the mystics card the color that he is thinking.

how did you manage to get the red mushroom.  I got the green and I thought that if I used it then I could get the red one, so I tried putting the green mushroom and  the shells in the cauldron but I get 'it is not necessary yet'.

when you fall, there is a branch just to the right of the path you are falling. when you move your mouse over it, youll see the hotspot.

so, when you start falling, you quickly need to change the cursor to the hand cursor, and grab the branch. mordy will swing clear of the spikes. if you grab it to late, mordy will fall to his death. so you need to find the branch quickly. but once you know where it is, fall again, and try again.

yes, you should still be able to talk to everyone and go anywhere after you ahve been to the secret location. except the secret location, you can only visit it once.

No I did not have any problems, well not really.  I had to try a few times because I was not fast enough.  I could see the 'hint' at the bottom of screen but was not fast enough.

Very good game.  Waiting for sequel.

this is getting embarrassing now!there are people that started the game roughly the same time i did and have finished it on to new things!  anyways,thankyou cittymom and rosie for the hints.maybe you can help me out with this one.i can't figure out how to get the flower or how to move to stone in the path!i am sure its obvious...for normal people.
