I really like it. Other than my words to say to move the eyes slightly closer to each other, I'd say its perfect and I say good luck to animating the guy.

I like it, it's very good. The first thing that jumped out at me though is the shading on the pants. So many people make the mistake of just having shading along the `fold` lines instead of actually thinking of where along the leg (or any other kind of clothing for that matter) would need shading too.
