Competitions rule

I propose a new rule for competitions:

If a winner didn't start a new contest for a long time (e.g. a month), and he won't respond to PMs,  this will go to a willing individual.
I want to participate in Music Compo, yet I can't as Oz forgot about it completely.

I agree on that. I was waiting for the tune contest as well. But I didn't think about contacting Oz... Have you tried it?

Why to contact Oz, though? Because it was Ghormak who won the last compo.
