Most awaited game: Ben Jordan: Paranormal Investigator Case 5 - Land of the Living Dead

Thanks to everyone who contributed to the ceremony, and of course to SSH for all his work in administrating the awards.

A complete log of the ceremony (with the magical ability to hide the applause) can be found here.

Thanks to both AGA and SSH for taking the time to organise and present the awards etc

See you all there again next year! (but hopefully the winners will be present :D)

Congratulations to all the winners; and indeed to all the nominees, and in fact everyone who made a game in 2005. It's you guys churning out top-notch stuff that makes this place what it is ;)

Sorry for blowing you guys off to go and watch a movie rather than attending the Awards, but please, let's be civilised and not hold these things on Saturday nights :P

And er finally, thanks to everyone who voted for me in the FOREGOs, but I'm afraid I must admit that I'm not actually going to add those features you wanted in return ... so too bad, suckers!

Thanks of course to DGMacphee for inventing the Awards in the first place, to SSH for organising them, AGA for running the ceremony, and to everyone else who helped out but I've forgotten.

QuoteMost awaited game: Ben Jordan: Paranormal Investigator Case 4 - Horror at Number 50

Shurely you mean Case 5 ...

EDIT: Oh also, I've updated the Games page so that the winning games should now have the AGS Awards listed on their game pages ... let me know if I've made any mistakes.

AGA

I edited that mistake (while you were typing your post, I guess), CJ.

Grundislav

Hooray! Ã, Thanks to all who voted, it's really an honor having won. Ã, I was actually in the Florida Everglades with Farlander and Lorena during the awards, so that's why we were not there! Ã,

Ashen

Do more of the winners usually show up, then? I would've been there, but my tux is at the cleaners. Also, I didn't expect to win 'owt, and didn't want you all to see me cry.

Gosh, one-and-a-half awards, and I don't have a speech prepared. Trisk's suggestion of a deathmatch to decide between CJ and me is tempting ... but I fear the inevitable backlash after I put the smackdown. Thanks all - it's an honour, and I'm a little more emotional than I should be, being stone-cold sober. And congratulations to the other winners, especially Grundislav who seems to be the big winner of the evening. To the other nominees: HAHAHAHAHA! LOSERS! ;D (Can you tell I don't win much?)
I know what you're thinking ... Don't think that.

Well done to the winners, and to the team that ran the awards - and SSH for all his hard work. It seemed to go smoothly! Looks like some decent planning went into the actual award ceremony - if you made it all up then you did really well, it was enjoyable!!! Congratulations again to the winners!! & to those who were nominated, too :D

Well done Grundislav :)

And great closing line, Xenogia :D

Shane 'ProgZmax' Stevens

Thanks for the votes, and remember to get the new version!

Kinoko

Aww, I missed it! I didnt even know it was on ;_;

Congrats to everyone!!

Congratulations to all the winners & nominees! :)

Darth Mandarb

Thanks to AGA and SSH for puttin' it all together!

I would have liked to have attended the ceremony but I haven't been home in a few days.

Thanks for all the votes and congrats to the other winners!

Yay! to us all!

Vel

It should have been properly advertised.

SSH

Yeah, I mean a post in both AGC and GG forums for more than two weeks obviously isn't enough.

If you're not in touch enough with the community to read the forums regularly, you don't DESERVE to be presented with an Award :P

And that's why you weren't presented with one... and don't tell me you were behind AGS Wiki!
