Hello i'm from a cambridge based production company called Festiechio+Giles productions and have come to let you know we are for all you audio, dialog, ambient, foley andÃ,Â sound fx needs.

We run a budget studio and can produce your midi and dialog or next to nothing if your happy with a slightly lo-fi sound.Ã,Â Most audio done in our budget studio will be free and we will be posting to a site soon to let you have.

We have access toÃ,Â and run several professional studios where we can book anywhere from 1-10 weeks at a time for project work.Ã,Â We can do foley work, professional Dialog recordings with trained lip syncers if need be and in this studio we can produce just about anything you want at a very professional level with experienced engineers and producers.

Also now available is spot recording, location recording and vox pops, so if any need live ambient sounds from the outside world or abstract sound washes we can now do it.

We offer all we can as cheap as we can and our budget studio is usually free.Ã,Â If you are wondering why it is such a low price it is because we have several members of the Festiechio +Ã,Â Giles team working with a new uk record label Mow' Full'a Records who are in cahoots with the local colleges and university's in Cambridge in particular CRC, we re able to use funding for our projects and the studios as well as the F+G facilities.Ã,Â One last factor that adds to our cost effectiveness is out ties with the 'FreeSoundProject' and 'UKunsignedMusic'Ã,Â all offer us their sample backs first and foremost and uk unsigned offer us all there bands and musicians for recording (that's right we can get you life bands!!! for you hard core action scenes

. I made a game and now I'm putting sound effects in. Could you make the following sounds for free?

The sound of a car braking really hard (the screech)
A gunshot sound
A ship taking off sound
A canister rattling sound
A bomb sound
Fire crackling sounds.
Metal door opening.
Aftermath of a fire.
Fan blowing.

working on the otehrs. a car screach is a toughy. YOu ok with real audio sounds, hwhisper any problems.

emulated or real, it doesn't matter. Sounds are pretty much optional for this game. They just add to the effect of it.

Pretty nice! Good quality and everything. Just curious, is this a shorter sample of a longer recording?

No this is from this is full length, i got CoolEdit at hand though so i can lengthen it and use some envelopes, inversions and reverb to make it longer so a loop doesn't sound so crappy. Or i can cut it so it is shorter but has better start and end points make the points of lopp less blatent.

couldn't find anything on a screechign car at home, going to our external unit 2moro will grab a catalouge of samples to look through. in mean time ill search teh web for some royaltie free's.

Hi debugging,

As I said in the other thread, you're doing a great job and the offering you do is just great!

But I would just like to understand. You keep public something that should be between you and Yoda!1111! !
And anyway maybe you should contact him/her through PM or e-mail or anything like that. Because I really don't see a reason for this thread.

Except of course if we (the members) can all take advantage of these audio files (<-Question). Other wise if we can't because you made them for someone else, then it sould be kept private. At least that's what I think.

But again, this is a very nice gesture you're doing. And the audio files are very good indeed.

These are all royalty free, you can use them as you please. i guess we could 'copyleft' (look up copyleft on google) them to ags then every one can use them and then tehre would be encouragment to share them.

but yeh anyone can use thesem and if you hear one you like and want it edited/manipulated just ask, i'm here 24/7 over easter for 3 weeks, so you will gett pretty fast respones these next 3 weeks.

um but yeh i think it's nice to have them posted in the thread as other people can use teh stuff but if it is preffered i will keep it private and to e-mail/PM.
