I can't really answer all your questions as to do so would be to end up giving a complete walkthrough to part 2.

When you use the biscuit on his heads he barks slightly different notes, so you 'play' Cerberus. Actually the idea of placating Cerberus with music comes from greek legends where 'Orpheus used his musical skills to lull Cerberus to sleep', Rowling and I probably used the same idea.

I am by frog in mountain.  I got sheet and put in diary.  Checked off all I have met already and the frogs name is Albert. 
I guess I havent solved the puzzle yet though because I havent gotten a memory.  I have letters left over PUTBOGECBREFYIULSRAN    Am I suppose to do something with them?  I only have one figure that I haven't met yet.  Help please..............I guess I need names of twin devils....Is the name in those left over letters??

Just one question to you Wretched.

Did you remove that fish memory from the safe in latest version. But in the older version I found a small fish in the safe and got fish memory after speaking to the fish but there was no fish inside when I checked inside that safe again in the newest version and I can't go back there because the owner of the house is home now. But when I walk away from that house I don't forget my (Bog) memories. But in the old version I had to get the fish memory so I wont forget anything. So where is the fish?

BTW I got almost all of memory runes but I still haven't found out where the last memory rune is. I have figured it out it must be covered in that moss (the same place where other runes are) but I don't know how to remove it or take it with me.

LOL looks like you have to go to the dogs also.....

as far as fish in safe, that was a bug.... You have to go someplace else now to first get the fish and then another place to get its memory...... Many changes in this new version

Yes, as Rosie says the old version had a bug where the fish appeared too early in the game. The safe gives you your memory back. You'll find the fish later in the game, you have a bit to do first, pertend you don;t know about the fish for now.

Can anyone tell me if I've made a big mistake. When i look at the letters and characters in the diary I seem to be missing cerebus but I can't go back and interact with him cos I don't have any cotton wool to put in ears.
Please don't say I've got to go all that way back

I maybe wrong but I did the same thing and had to go back, but luckily I had a saved game so it wasn't too bad.

That is a real problem, I'll work on a fix (be about 5 hrs, upload yawn...) so you won't have to go back. Sorry Rosie this explains why you coundn't find the doggy.
