Deleted inventory screen graphics?

Hi!
I'm very sorry if this has it's own thread somewhere in the distant past. Anyhow-
When I try to bring up my inventory in-game, it crashes and gives me the message:

"Error: InventoryScreen: one or more of the inventory screen graphics have been deleted"

I am a complete newbie and have no understanding whatsoever of scripting.

The inventory itself is supposed to be a rip (only with new images and no arrows) from the default game you get when downloading AGS.
