Try and catch them when the catcher is at the left or right of the screen as it is moving slower there, also only try and catch slow moving pigs, wait til they go slow, and it's easier to catch the lowest ones first. And remember the order you caught the spotty one, as Rosie said. It's not a race, and 8 pigs is quite possible!

After trying for 2 hours, catching 4 non spotted ones then catching the correct ones but picking the wrong package I finally did it. Guess the pigs had pity on me.

Wretched Please, if you can, can u in the next version make this particular thing optional? I remember u made a few arcade-type scenes optional in "Where's M hat Ma".

This game certainly has a great replayability value and I dread doing that "piggy-struggle" yet again.

This isn't a reply to angie's last post. I'm sorry. This is my first time posting and I wasn't sure how to post besides replying to the last post.

I have the magma/dragon shell but  I can't get back to the witch's house because the magma will cool in the ocean. I tried using the broom on the ledge with the danger sign next to the chasm/bridge across from the vine. Bog says, "I cannot launch from here" or "Not here." Please help.

now I'm at the golden peas and the owl's morse code.

I've tried clicking every single pea but none of them were right.

I've read the previous posts about this puzzle but I can't get this one at all.

Are you supposed to click the correct pea while the owl is blinking the corresponding number?

please help.

nevermind i got the correct pea and it was a complete accident!

counting the peas left to right 1-14, i picked the 11th pea

save your game before you start picking peas

after you've picked one pea and get blown away just keep re-loading that saved game and picking different peas until you get the right one

YEAHH! Just finished Bog's Adventure...never had a game keep me so glued to my laptop. I LOVED that ending.

I heard mention in this thread about other games made by Wretched. Please tell me the titles.

Wonderful game BTW, Wretched...You really know how to make your players suffer ...and we just keep coming back for more!!

Oh well...back to real life. And for me that means studying for my Final Trigonometry Exam on Monday...ARGHH!!

Ok, I'm stuck in the silliest of places, and 50 pages of thread to read is too much for something that's so silly it's probably not there.

So, I gave up and went to the walkthrough (and feel it was the right thing to do, as for me, while some puzzles were great and fun and logical even if devilishly hard, some others were simply bad, but that's just me), and am right at the end - I only need to get to the icy portal with the salt in my possession, which it is.

...oh bugger, where's the icy portal? Can't find it anywhere. Wasn't it in the room where I confronted Beelzebub? How can I get back in? Can't find the place...

as far as I can remember, the icy slope where you have to use the salt is - past the witchs house,then over river, through the forest and just before you go into the swamp, go up.

  Lordy I havent posted on here in like forever. Just started playing this wonderful game again...And I can't seem to find the answer to this puzzle...

I played the game from the very beginning to Part 3 and I am currently very stumped! I consulted that walkthrough and it was helpful for most of the puzzles I couldn't get, and the puzzles that it STILL left me confused on I eventually solved-- except THIS one. It said in the walkthrough that on the scene with the clearing (past the Icy Forest and before the Icy Slope to the north and the Swamp to the East) to "put the rock on the hole". I see no hole on that screen...did the walkthru really mean that hole in the moon?? I tried clicking that rock ALL OVER the icy clearing screen and to no avail...what do I do?? Apparently this makes a ring appear somewhere? Could someone please help me with this? I'm tearing me hair out over this!

Also...what do I do with that bag of nuts I found on the oversize bone screen? These conundrums are something else. Rachel

After you cross the icy river when you walk to the right through a forest, I can't remember exactly how many screens over it is but maybe about half way through forest you can go up (North) this is where the hole is. When you put the rock, then go back to icy river to where the same little creature was and you should be able to pick up the ring.
You use the nuts later to leave a trail for this little creature to encourage him to go somewhere else
