First person shooting game

Hi

This little game was originally planned to be a little action scene in Obadele:target of the kidnappers, but it never got there .

So far I have got this and now I would want to know from you that what else can I do to make it better. The animation and so on are very bad, but I know that.

I am making this as a practice, so someday I can make a good action scene in my game (like in Stan Ames, I really liked the shooter episode in that).

One thing, that I have in mind, is to have change to guard yourself, but for now it's not in the game.

Mouse left click = Shoot
Mouse right click / F12 button = Reload.

I didn't play it, but why exactly do you call it "3d"? It looks like it is as much 2d as 2d can be.

I don't know exactly, maybe because it's from first person view. I can change the name to 2D shooter or First person shooter if that makes you more satisfied  .

Thanks for the mirror. I played it. Not bad at all. What I would do though, is create some objects that blend into the scenery, like in your first room, I would make a cup or something, then have an animation for it to break when shot. I think it would be cool to see something like that, or maybe even have power-ups like new guns.

Yup, that's 2D. Character looks 3D-ish, though (just saw the picture, didn't play). Give us some more pictures!

Yeah, I confess that the name was all wrong , First person is the right name in this case.
I can't really give more pictures as there is only room in this game.

Thanks for your comments, they were very motivating. Breaking objects and power-ups are great suggestions. Maybe in the next version.
