Here a picture made for my current project, i think it has a bit strange posture but i cant put my finger on it ?
What else ?

He has midget-arms. The arms should reach as low as the jacket goes (the jacket looks pretty long as well). I'd advise to shorten the torso by quite a lot. There should also be less shown of the farther shoulder. Also, the end of his left pant looks weird, and his left shoe doesn't have an indentation in-between the heel and the table of the foot. He looks a bit cross-eyed, and his nose should be higher and probably bigger. As for technique, some of the extreme highlights and shadows are way too strong.

Other than that, looks good.

HEy thanks, althou jacket should be longer than normal one, but i must change place between his legs. I am on it

EDIT:

Here is a bit fixed thingy.
Bigger nose, far arm is less visible, torso is a little shorter, legs are bigger (in lenght), shadow contrast is reduced.

I did a messy edit to give you some ideas.

1.  Reduced torso height.
2.  Lengthened arms slightly
3.  Made left shoulder less visible
4.  Moved right shoulder to the right a bit.
5.  Adjusted angle of face and ear.
6.  Moved eyes closer together and brought them up slightly.

I did other things but the most important area you need to focus on is anatomy.  The eyes were way too far apart and the torso was way too long for example.  The shading you've used is good but I would recommend that you get a solid shape with proper anatomy before shading everything.

I hate you Progz, you always made excellent edits... I envy you !

Will try to fix my..

The far arm is still far too short imo, and also im not sure what your intentions were with this sprite but it does seem like a very boring pose.

How will you EVER animate this??  :o
Yuna: Give me a Y!
Rikku: Give me an R!
Paine: Give me a break...

As first it was planed to be in the intro sequence, but much much simpler drawing, so i just updated simple draw more or less for fun, but i will see if anything can be done with this one.

I already became scared: I run my pc at 1280x1024 (because of my LCD monitor) and it already takes up to 3/4 of the screen!

I'd love to see the simple version sometime...

ProgZ did the magic!
But I suggest to re-edit ProgZmax' version as following:

*1: Lessen the number of different wrinkles; make existing ones much larger (and logical!!!!)
*2: Use shading colors more bravely, especially on pants: The blackest shades DO
come out, difficult to explain, but it feels like this shading swaps careful technique
     for realism... in other words:
allow dark colors to be on the front of the pants too!
Just figure out how logical it is and where. Wrinkles could be deeper (lay shadow), for example.
*3: The doctor seems to be well-built, a strong man. I think that his palm could be even bigger.
*4: The left eye seems to get lost on both versions...
*5: The doc seems to be a bit fat. Refine his outer body contour.

Apart from that, amazing!!!

EDIT: To help you a bit, I quicky sketched a shading map for similar pose. Notice that possible logical wrinkles are drawn in red. I think that it's all and even more wrinkles than you need for this character!

Also, see how darker shades go under left knee: That's what I meant in *2 !

I'd reccomend using a photograph as reference for something at this level of size and detail.
