Yahtzee, god among men, or mediocre slob?

Now, it has come to my attention that Benjamin Croshaw a.k.a. Yahtzee might not be the beloved figure I consider him to be...

Sure, the guy might not be a genius, but he is a man of many talents in my opinion...

Right, let's debate this subject. Here are the pros and cons in my opinion of Yahtzee:

Pros:
- Talented writer.
- Funny.
- Makes great games, adventure or otherwise.

Cons:
- Insulting some- wait almost at all times.
- Got cocky.
- Too busy to write updates!

That's just me, so I want to hear (well, read anyway) your opinions.

Look, I don't want this thread to turn into a "I'll try and convince you to like Yahtzee" thread. But you must admit, he's something else, I mean, have you read any of his novels or short stories?

You are free to like Yahtzee however much you wish, but what is the ACTUAL point of this thread? To show how much you like him? Just email him. I dont really think discussing the validity of anyone's existence is entirely appropriate or even interesting.

SSH, sorry, I'm a little paranoid sometimes...

And my user name, I have explained, but for the sake of argument, here it is again: "Dan N" is my name in romanian sort of (but abreviated). "GameZ" is added in the same way as "Games" is added to "Grundislav Games"... I guess I like to believe I have my very own game company or something... Any way I add that to all my games as "Dan N. GameZ". Ok?

Yes, I am a newbie, I admit.

As for the quantity of games, no I haven't finished any yet. Any that can be shown to the world that is... But I'm offering my services as a writer... Plot writer that is...

Dan, you need to take a few steps back, take a deep breath, and grow a thicker skin.  If people say something that offends you, don't get defensive about it.  If you're easily offended, you shouldn't be posting your opinions on the internet where everyone can see them.

Just pause and think about your posts.  Perhaps there's a reason why people get annoyed?  Is it a conspiracy?  No.  Nothing is wrong with being an active member, but being active doesn't mean exploding onto the scene like a tidal wave.  You seem intelligent, but young and extremely eager.  You are not the first to go through this.  Just relax.  Enjoy reading other posts for awhile, instead of starting your own.
