If anyone is playing this game I'd like a bit of help please.  I have collected what I can see, taken lid of vaccuum cleaner - but can't do anything with that and chain saw can't be picked up as its out of gas.............?

try "push/pull" on window, the game tells you that the hinges are rusty. Use brush on oil can, use brush on window. Voilà !

Take the lid off the vacuum cleaner with one of the tools. Use the paint can on the vacuum cleaner to tip the paint into it.
