It's not so much the colors, but the shade of those colors. Try a more grey-ish blue for the jeans, for example. And a darker shade of yellow. The current yellow is so bright, it might as well be a raincoat.

These colours...?

I'm not so good in colouration, I've also a dischromy in eyes, I'm much better with ink and pen black and white

ok i guess that explains a little bit

now the "jeans" are better but the jacket is actually worse in my opinion... that's like a raw lemon. also you generally seem to use very cold colors. I'd go for less green and more beige.
