Hello!
I have almost finished the production of my ag: The Curse of LiveÃ,
This is the website: http://tequila144.altervista.org , there are the screenshots.Ã,
Ã,
Plot: A journalist will write the most sensational article for his magazine... but the search of news will conduct him to discover an odd curse.Ã,
Ã,
Sorry for my English, I am an Italian boy.Ã,
Ã,
Is also written in the website: I need a small help for a pair of backgrounds...

Darth Mandarb

Your English is fine!

Please find alternate hosting for the images (so we can all see them!)

Please, nobody comment on the rules ;)

Will your game be available in English or only Italian?  Your website is in English, but the screen-shots are in Italian.  Also, the title on your website is "The Curse of Life," but here it is "The Curse of Live."  It makes more sense in English for it to be "The Curse of Life," like it is on your site.

WOW!! Tequila I love those backgrounds!! Really tantalising and I cant wait to play the game when its finished being made. And yes please do in both English and Italian so we can all enjoy playing it :). If you need help with the english, please contact me here.

I really like the screenies. They have a very monek islandish feel to them. Good luck on finishing the game and I hope that you will have an English version out soon as well......  ;)

Darn jpeg compression...
maybe I can help you with that background, or refine an old one.
Just contact me with a pm.
(btw: I'm italian too)

Vlad

Looking good! I hope we won't have to wait too long for the English version.

Dualnames

I hope those backgrounds aren't a rip off(look who's talking) because honestly they ROCK!!!!!
Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

Steel Drummer

I agree. This game looks great! I'd play it no matter what language it's in. The graphics remind me a bit of that old game 'Escape From Delirium'.
I'm composing the music for this game:

Tequila144

Nothing of the graphics is rip...
As already said, the game resolution is 320x240 in fullscreen.
If I could return back I would it in 640x480.

For the characters, unfortunately they are in low resolution..  the characters are not good as the backgrounds, but they are sufficient!

The game progress is:
- graphics 90%
- puzzles 100%
- scripting 80%
- music/sound ..... I have lost my sound-maker.... The game use themes *.midi... Now, I have 5 themes.. I don't believe in other progress in this field.
