Old character remake

Hey people!
I'm trying to make a low-res version of this old char I made.

I'm not trying to make him excactly like the high-res version, but make him look like the same person at least, and now there's something bugging me about him that I can't quite put my finger on!

you do know that they're both pretty low res. However, the new one not so wide shoulders, and I suppose he's hanging his pants because the crotch seems to be very low. Also he seems to be very uncomfortable, leaning backwards.

I will say what has been said by those before - the remake looks less muscular. Plus he has smaller head and the overall appearance (dressing style etc) make him look like a teenager whilst the older version looks...well...older:)

Sorry for not responding earlier. Been abit busy at school.

So what do you think about him now? I've tried to make him look more muscular, but what do you think?

If your trying to make him more muscular, than increase the left arm or decrease the right arm; as the right bicep is almost twice as long! I would also advise increasing the width of the whole arms.

Jon is right about the left biceps. You should make it shorter because now it looks like the biceps ends at the wrist(I know I made the same mistake in my edit but I just noticed it now). The width of the arms looks ok to me though.

I liked the previous one better(except for the biceps of course). It had a more solid stance. I would advise going back to that one and just fixing the arm.

Okay! Moved the arm back out. Made his chest seem more muscular. How is it now?
