Ooh! Now's my chance to post my favourite muffin recipe!

Best Damn Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins Ever

3 large bananas (the spottier the better)
1/2 C white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1/3 C melted butter or canola oil
1/2 C chocolate chips

Mash bananas. Add sugar, egg, and oil and mix together.

Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

Ad the wet ingredients to the dry and stir just until moistened. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Bake at 375F for 20 mins. Makes 8-10 muffins and lots of friends.

Ok, here's a tip. Let's say you made some of the good mushroom meat sauce... With shrooms in big pieces, fine meat, and lots of pepper. Now let's say you forgot them in the fridge for about 9 days, like I did. A little bit of mold will not ruin the pleasure. I assume you have a frying pan, yes? Take whatever is molded and supposedly ruined, and burn it on the pan, most hopefully teflon. Anyway, I just ate some crunchy meat that was great, and no signs of living mold.

Also works for banana. If you really don't want to throw away good food, just burn it. Avoid microwave at any point.

Also, a shoomelett. You need 2 eggs, a carrot, a corn and peas (or a frozen pack with all of them), a whole lotta shrooms and naught more.

Then mix them up as said before, eat and digest. Oh, and for people who like good food, you might want to add some cheddar cheese. Myself I added some Irish one, had been waiting for me for 12 months in a cellar, then transferrer to the shop for me to buy. Mmm'mm. I love cheese. Crackers and gorgonzola, or Cheddar, or Camembert. yummy :D

I'm about to go take a stab at the cheese on toast actually. And then start revising for two GCSE exams, the first of which will happen in just over 6 hours. Woo, prepared.
Ah! There is no emoticon for what I'm feeling!
