Well guys I'm really interested how people can make the cover on the CD?
I saw plenty of CD cover designing tools but how can you reach to place it
on the CD like in the orignal CDs? But on the original CDs theres not only a peice o printed
paper sticked on it so you cant just print it.

Well the dimensions of a cd front cover are 12x12cm (4.75x4.75"). So you input that physical size into your image application with a dpi of 300, and the application generates a document with the correct pixel dimensions. Then after you've done that, you print the image using a 300 dpi and vóila, you've got the right sized front cover.

That is, if you meant the front cover and not the cd label. The cd label can be stuck on the cd with a sticker or lightscribed. DIY lightscribing produces quite crappy results though. As for stickers, you can buy a cd label kit for a pretty low price. You should get a bunch of label stickers and a placing tool.

There are also a lot of templates available, for example, check out lulu.com, which has templates for CDs (and they'll also make CDs for you). They've printed books for me, and their quality is terrific.

If you're going to get them professionally printed, you'll especially want to use good templates since you have to account for bleed area, etc.
