Hy guys,
I felt like trying a new style os sprite and I ended up by doing this:

Now, I think it´s ok, and the style doesn´t need the shading and all, but do you think it´s a bit "square" or anything like that?

Any comments apreciated, thanks

It's a nice sprite and very true to the classic low-res approach- the only thing that really strikes me as odd are the bright outlines. Normally the outline is darker than the filling. Apart from that I could easily imagine playing a game with that style. Nice and simple. Me likes.

Well, thank you very much Ghost, that's a very conforting comment. You're right about the outline, I'll get to it as soon as I get home and post the updated sprite.

EDIT: Here it is, now with the darkened outline

I also added a bit of detail to the shoes, but yeah, the darkened outline really changes the sprite, for the best...  ;)

Well, that leaves nothing to be desired. Good style, easy on the eye. It has enough detail to make it look interesting while it still is remarkably simple. If you feel comfortable with that style I suggest you hang on to it.

Hy, last night I tried to make a sprite of myself in that old Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade style and it ended up like this:

I think that, like the lawyer sprite, it nice and simple, and I actually like this style beeter because of the simplicity of it, but what do you guys think?

You've mixed two sizes together, which isn't a bad thing, it's just not my taste and not very Indy style. It looks more refined than the lawyer does. Arms look a little short and your waist is a little low.
