Hullo, needing some help with the playvideo function.

Hullo, am currently creating a game under..well, a sufficient amount of stress, haha. I haven't really used this product before, but my opening fmv is having troubles. The image doesn't show up but you can hear the music. If you load in an earlier version where the file format is different (AVI instead of wmv) and and you don't add the sound the FMV works fine. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with playing video files in AGS so I'm not sure about your problem. But I think it may be a codec/format/setting related thingie. Searching the forums gave me this and this (which basically were about try changing the codec or the programme used to make the files).

Well, what program are you using to make the fmv(I've used many times videos in my games, and I didn't encounter such a problem).
