Here's the theme for a fantasy game of mine.  The song contains some subthemes for major characters, too.

I'd like to know if this song is:
1) too "busy,"
2) not "busy" enough, or
3) "boring."

Any comments on the structure are appreciated, too.

It's a bit gloomy to begin, it's slow but I presume that's intentional, maybe it's the part of the game when the logo's appear or a description of the setting. When it picks up at 00:15 it's really good

It works extremely well as the music for a fantasy world with an epic story to be told. It really reminds me of Quest for Glory in parts which is a good thing.

Nice, reminds me of music from Final Fantasy VII.  The slow intro is a tad bit misleading, but when everything kicks in it sounds superb.

It´s really nice! It is off-topic, but what program are you using? I need this type of music for my game...

I use Anvil Studio.  It's free and pretty intuitive. :)

Honestly?  I'd get rid of the plucked harp accompanying the tune.  Why?  Because it's pretty much associated with the early Final Fantasy tunes mentally (as The Suitor noticed), and it makes your song sound derivative when it shouldn't.  Try replacing it with a nice bass thrumming instead, like drum beats that help support the instruments.  Also, I'd cut off the first 10 seconds with just the cello (or add something else in there).  I think the song definitely sounds good, overall!
