Im playing this terrific game again, but im stuck, and cant find the answer in the walkthrough, im at the well with the spider and need a stick to get the note in the well, i have the stick attached to the rope which i saved the girl with but cant separate the stick anyway and i have looked all over for a stick but cant get another one help please

Hello.

Don't you have "A straight, but otherwise boring stick"? It seems like this is supposed to be the stick you got from the boy at concordia. (According to my savegames.) Maybe that will help you.
