You can pick up beer as amny times a s you want as long you're not carrying one. It's very noticable if a) you try and pick one from the fridge when you first pick it, b)you don't 'take' care of Mr Harris.

Heh, I finally fought the boss.

I am sorry to say that, but it looks rather ridiculous After all that atmosperic game, a dumb shooting and boss health bar display.. omg.

There's also one funny bug; when this.. thing... shoots my shotgun drops, after I take it and reload, two shotguns appear in my inventory: empty one and reloaded one

Aw, the ending... I somehow suspected everything will turn out like that... I had slightly different vision though.

And also, there are two inventory items I never used:

Are they dummy items? Or there's some episode I skipped? Well, I'll replay game some time later, and see what happen if I choose different options.

By the way, I had to use Leon's walkthrough once

to find out how to push down a key from room 402. I could swear I tried using another key there, maybe I just did not click on right hotspot?

Okay, so my complete opinion on the game follows:

I'd rate the game 8.5 to 10, due to it's really disturbing nature. I am a fan of Silent Hill games, and they always did disturb me so badly, I wouldn't replay them. Same happened with this game! The immersion is really excellent and the music and sound effects are properly placed and well-done. I find the ending not to reach the equal crescento built throughout the game, though I really liked Agnes popping up in the end.

The rooms on their side have all these faces that keep you on the edge, always waiting for something to pop up. I'd love it if the game would be messing more with you than it did. I also got more fear from anticipating something, than actually facing it.

To add: Man, the only part I've had my name on it, and it's a disgrace to my AGS programming skills..(Though everybody loved the two shotguns!)

And that was exactly the point! I really appreciate your feedback though I think you over-analyze a little. All those things didn't really happen. This is just Joe's weird take on the essence of eating disorders in all its stages. Vomiting or making yourself sick is a part of it. Sure, there's a twist, and a gross one at that, but it's all just a metaphor. The game isn't meant to educate. It's meant to put you through a very strange experience and emotions you experienced are part of it.
  So, think of each Sophie as a stage of Ivy's illness:
1)brainwashing in childhood
2)rejection in late teens
3)giving up & suicide attempts,
4)anger & insanity

Because after all, Sophie IS Ivy.

Also, the fish and the toast are secret items. I have never told anyone and never will what they're for. I know, it's a bit selfish, but I've sworn to myself that I won't...

Is it saw from 3rd floor corridor (that you used to slice the pig in the freezer)or a chainsaw from the secret lab you're talking about? The first one disappears after use, and it doesn't work on Sophie anyway. The second is harder to find as it requires you to solve the mannequin puzzle first. Is it possible you got them two mixed up:)

I checked info about that, it's "Simon the Sorcerer: Who'd Even Want Contact?!", released in Germany on march 2009, Russia october 2009.
But I may take a walk into nearest PC related stores and double check they have Downfall there

I don't have a fit save file.My gun has been loaded.I try to use the fish and toast  to reload my shotgun.The system shows nothing,but using other things,it shows wrong.
