Maybe I'm posting in the wrong place but I wasn't sure where to post this. I was just wondering if there are any good thrashsingers here?...with a voice something similar to either James Hetfield or Tom Araya? I have tons and tons of great songs but I need to find a good damn vocalist who could make the songs even better :D Sweden (my country) has many good metalbands but when it comes to thrash it more or less sucks and it's difficult to find a singer like that...believe me I've tried many times :( if anyone's interested and wants to hear the material I'd be happy to share it!

Here's two of all the songs I have (I've got material for 2 full-length albums)It's NOT mixed though so if you have anything to say about the soundquality you know why :)

Your riffs are really cool. I'm not a singer unfortunately, but it seems to me if you put some cool breakdowns in there you could actually go for a really cool metalcore sound.

Speed up the drumming a bit and it could even pass for deathcore at times :D

^ That is my band, we are thrash, i do the vocals but that's not me on the myspace tracks (those songs are oldddd!) Just recorded a new album so i'm exhausted when it comes to songwriting atm.

But if you need any tips for trying the vocals yourself then give me a shout, Hetfield is a bit shit so i'm sure you can do better than him ;)

Also are you looking for singing or full on scream/growl/shouting?

Hey! your band's pretty good :D I did the vocals on our last demo with my other band Deformed and that's a deathmetal band with growl. I guess that would be ok, but It would be fun to have something more aggressive like Tom Araya or the singer from Kreator, OR Chuck Billy from testament. But maybe you would like to try to do a few lines on one of the songs just to try it out and see how it sounds? :)
