Installing templates?

I've downloaded the Reality on the Norm GUI Template, and pasted the .AGT file into the Templates section of the Program Files folder. But when I go to create a new game, the template doesn't appear in the list of templates to use. Can anyone tell me why this is?

Yes, AGS won't show templates that are too old.

I've downloaded the topmost template on this page, and it works fine with AGS 3.2.
