Right, the rules are simple. You vote when will the forums be down. According to my latest data, I'm gonna say Tuesday.
As probably everyone has recently noticed (recently, meaning the last 3-4 days), the forums are giving those errors again. A typical condition and a sign, before they eventually collapse for a bit. Thus, you may bet on it.

I have heard that m0ds bets on Friday afternoon, and he bets one Davy Malay.

Why does m0ds only get Friday afternoon, and you get all of Tuesday?

Ha, my search for 'Maniac Mansion' brought up the white screen first time and then told me there were no results the second time. Forum still alive though

The forums always break when I need them the most. I'm going to work on a project on Thursday so I'll say Thursday evening.

My bet is the forum will go down on Tuesday (I want to upload my MAGS for testing then).
To raise the stakes: The forums will be fixed ten minutes after the MAGS deadline.

The forums will go down half-an-hour after onion-ring happy-hour starts in England and come back up about half-an-hour after a certain onion-ring hangover fades (itself a function of the magnitude of happiness that occurs at onion-ring happy-hour).  Since my bet is variable dependent I submit the following formulae:
