you can't upload the game to this site if that's what you mean? There are a lot of free sites where you can upload you're game! http://www.2shared.com/ for example!

Are you looking for the 'Start new topic' link? It's directly above and below the list of threads in each forum.
But please make sure you read the rules of the respective forum first, since you didn't follow those of this one.

There a very tiny label right at the bottomof the Game's Main Page, "add your game". It's really tiny.
