Yes, it looks a bit like the CN Tower in Toronto, but it's not. It has a very similar name, though â€" only one letter (and a city name) off.

That's the one. I went up the mountain and wanted to go up the tower too, but the price put me off and I wasn't feeling well, so I skipped it. (It turned out I was coming down with food poisoning, so maybe for the best.)

It's a pretty good slow-burn (hah!) thriller/drama, based on a story by Haruki Murakami. Several publications rated it one of the best movies of 2018 â€" I'm not sure I'd go that far, but it should appeal to fans of films like Hidden/CachÃ© or Martha Marcy May Marlene.
