Thinking about buying a used spaceship? Think again!
In this cautionary tale of great emotional impact (?), our heroine Clotilde finds herself stuck on an old spaceship, directed towards the sun!
Only you can save the ship! Oh, and her life too.

Have deep and meaningful dialogues with a huge* cast of characters!

Explore a (really) small ship! Try weird alien food and drinks!**

  • One player character!
  • Lots of stuff to click on!
  • Comic book style cutscenes!
  • 720p graphics! Lots of pixels for the whole family!
  • No less than 13 inventory items!
  • 15 rooms, not even a third of them playable!
  • No moral choices whatsoever!
  • So many puzzles!
  • Several gripping minutes of gameplay!

Soon! Our huge team of highly specialized professionals (me and CaptainD) is tirelessly working on testing and proofreading the game. Expect it in a week or two!

-----

*At least 3 characters included.
**Food and drinks not included with the game.

CaptainD

Hey what's this about working tirelessly?  I'm tired, man!

Anyway having played this I love it and am sure others will too.  It is small but perfectly formed.  (nod)

CaptainD: you did a lot of work, so no wonder you're tired! Thanks again!

Laura Hunt: happy you like it!
I haven't really thought where to upload the game, once it's finished. I have an Itch account, so I'll probably upload it there. As long as I manage to remember the login credentials for it! (laugh)

Durq

"No moral choices whatsoever!"

Ha! More games should feature this.

cat

Looking great!
I don't have time to play long games anymore. So polished short ones like this are more than welcome!

Kastchey

Looks fantastic! Can't wait.
I'm not surprised that CaptainD had his hands in it, too. Fits the profile ;)

Ha!  :-D but I knew nothing about this game until 2 days ago, it's all Lorenzo's work and ideas. Even if it does bear some similarities to a certain spacefarer I know...

Thank you!
CaptainD has given me a big help with testing and proofreading and betterifying my English (which, as you can see by my impeccable prose, doesn't really need any bettermentations).
I'm guilty of making the game, though.

That's because you didn't read the disclaimer, carefully written by my lawyers: "Any resemblances to fictional characters living or dead are coincidental. Especially space captains. Same goes with puzzles".

Thanks, cat! I, too, really like short games!

Jack

Looks really cool, I love the art of course.

I see you went full Engelbert Humperdinck with the name.

eri0o

I too prefer short polished games :D

I am curious what's the game interface like and how the Characters look when animated :)

I have no idea who the guy is, but he certainly has a memorable name!

Look! A new member of the Short & Polished Games Club! Your membership card should arrive soon.

The interface is pretty standard: left mouse button to interact/walk and inventory at the top of the screen. The setting window is more original, though! At least, I hope it is.  (roll)

Frodo

This looks brilliant.  Can't wait to play it.    :cheesy:

Love the sign on the bathroom door in the 2nd screenshot.

Flugeldufel

That looks like a game that I want to play. Now.

lorenzo

Frodo and Flugeldufel: thank you very much! :cheesy:
I'll be releasing the game pretty soon. Probably during the weekend.

Humans> 2 pictograms.
Aliens> 1 pictogram.
Are they hermaphroditic?

Can't wait to play it either.

lorenzo

You're putting more thought to it than I did while drawing it! (laugh)

Pogwizd

The screenshots look lovely! And as others mentioned, I wouldn't worry too much about short gameplay. Having little time for myself these times I actually tend to appreciate short adventure games even more...

Oh, and I don't know if it's just me but the main character reminds me a lot of Tin Tin : )

RetroJay

Hi, Lorenzo.

I Really like the look of your game and can't wait to play the finished article.
