Simple test - What is it?

It was an image for a friend of my kid's.  Showed it to the kid and that was the response I got, "What is THAT?"  Just wondering if anyone can tell.  ARgh.

Well, this is very much my own opinion, but it seems a bit too long for a slug. It kind of looks more like a slimy worm-ninja than a slug-ninja. Can't say I've ever studied slugs under a magnifying glass, though.

I love that music on that site. I remember visiting there when the ags forums went through the ninja craze. the best thread ever in the history of ags came from the ninja dynasty.anyone wanna dig it up? i'm too lazy, although most of the images, which made the thread are probably broken...

without reading other posts i'd have to say that it's a ninja snail..

I'm not certain where a snail would come into it, unless I made too much bulge in the back and it looks like the suit's covering a shell.

Here's why I drew it..  my kid's got a friend that is in a band (a teenage angst thingy) and they wanted to call their band Zit Goo or something about as nifty.  I mildly suggested NinjaSlug and they went nuts over it, but only on the condition that I'd draw a logo.  I got an update halfway through drawing it that they wanted it tribal style.  I basically decided to tell them to shove off...   I proposed to Pesty that she attempt it and she did a pretty good image in very little time.  I'd post it here, but definately not without her permission.

Anyway.. comments, critiques welcome.. I have about another week before they want to definately stick with an image.  If you have suggestions, I'm quite open since this is definately out of my normal range of drawing ability.  Glad to know that most people thought of it as some type of oriental-warrior slug though.    It means I at least don't hafta scrap the whole thing.
