Super Hero game

I'm thinking of making a game about a group of really useless super heros that save the day some how. The only idea I have so far is that one of them will have the ability to shoot a laser out of his eye but it isn't the cool kind of laser it's just a red light like in a laser pointer.

This guy might be one of the bad guys in the game.

I really like your style. The boots remind me of wolverine's. I have two questions though.

1) is he a robot?
2) if he is, why would he need to wear a bodysuit and boots?

Otherwise, i hope to see more of your good guy characters. Have you thought more about plot elements? Is it going to be a comedic game about a bunch of slapsticky superheros or will it be a more serious underdog(s) save_the-world type game?

don't listen to netgraph, i like your idea. as long as it is 2nd degree.
the shape of the character is fine, but you should use more contrasts and some shades, because 5 colors don't give a lot of possibilities.
i think his pectorals should show in front of the shoulders, not behind. and i would make his feet a bit smaller.

That would be fun! I love the character too. There was a game like this once, The Hoboken League of Superhero or something like that.

I agree with netgraph, it's not very original.. but if your having fun in making a game about superheros, you should continue it. I can impossible complain about your art, because at the moment im pretty bad at pixel art! So that's why im using the abstract cartoon style

I just wonted everyone to know that I know the unlikely super hero saving the day thing has been done before. I just really like making super heroes and thought it was a good idea. I've been thinking of making it kind of like DOT in that there will be three or four different heroes that you can switch from.

Seems like a cool idea. Keep on it! By the way, does the super hero guy
have a funky haircut under that hood or is it somekind of mutation that shaped the head like that? I gotta know.

Netgraph: I bet it's not the robot (if it is a robot that is) that can shoot lasers with his eyes, I think Morgan reffered to one of those super-heroes. So read it carefully and think twice before you reply, ok? (Now I said it again!) However, I think that the X-men member Cyclops can fire lasers with his eyes (maybe just the eye, I don't know, I haven't read the comics) so maybe you were right. Ah anyway!

Sorry to pop this one to the top, but I liked it a lot.  They look great.  

There is no such thing as an original adventure (well, it's true)

Cyclops has two eyes like everyone else, but he cannot control the optic blast naturally, hence the visor.  Ruby quartz lenses stop the blast energy.
