LIVE from Mittens

Ok, so Mittens hasn't actually started yet, but with any luck, we'll go into a  town with a  net-cafe and be able to update you with what's  going on.

I thught i'd  get the ball rolling by dropping you a message from Stanstead airport, on their £1 for 15 minutes internet machine.

I've got a rucksack and large  bag with me and after arriving the first thing I knew had to be done was find  one of the cool trolley things people were walking around with.

I got one (w00t) and the next mission was to use the toilet. This took about thirty minutes, as I had nowhere to put my bags. So, they  came to the toilet with me. Yay.

It's 7:25 and Farlander should be here in just over an hour. There is no "accomodation" on site, so it looks like we'll be sleeping on the chairs  tonight.

The guys travelling from the UK will probably find us zonked out in the morning. It's bloody busy here and evey other minute there's a security announcment. OMFG!!!11!1 TERRANIST!1111!!

So, this entry was hardly worth it, cos Mittens han't even started yet. Sadly, i never got time to put Kinky Island on CD to bring with me, so I guess we'll just have to watch some DVD's instead

Anyway, i'm off to look for a bar... But i've just had a thought, there probably isn't one, cos they don't want people boarding the planes drunk. Damn, bugger.

Anyway, I'm sure Farlander and I will pop back later to say hello. Is custard @ Magintz's yet?

MOds: Been there, done that. The worst thing is that they close everything down during the night, no shops, nothing. Also, I spent the night completely broke so I couldn't even attend the arcade to spend some time. I tried to earn some money playing the guitar, but alas, tough crowd tough crowd...

It is 22:19. In seven hours, I'll place myself on a train to Gbg. Now I'm packing the last things. I will not sleep much more than 2 hours tonight, so I'll prolly fit in with you perfectly..
