I have just recently finished writing a song that I have been working on the past few days.  It is called "Juno Death Ray" -- I am currently writing music for game.  Though I am happy to write music for other people too.  I studied jazz at university and would greatly like to help people develop the mood for their games :)

Anyway to hear it go to

sweet, anyway..give me constructive criticism :)

Not bad...kinda technoish...maybe. but even on high quality the once thing it starts out on..sounds crappy :P for lack of a better word. This may be to intence for an adventure game, unless its in a high point of the game (e.c. A battle, A confrontation with a bad ass, or a building on fire) If its for an action game or a side scroller shooter then it will do fine.

I like it ;D Reminds me of the musics in Kart Racer or whatever, an old DOS raceing game.... and the begining sounds like some of the DN3D space musics... Allthough the jumpy sound (I have no clue of name) that starts around 45 secs is quite annoing in that point, but to the end it seems to fit... And the in the middle that is like some SimCity 3000 music...

But in general: Very Good, some improvemets maybe could do....

What program you use?
I used to make games but then I took an IRC in the knee.

<Calin> Ishmael looks awesome all the time

Writing this as I'm listening, so it's going to be pretty unstructured. I think the build up in the beginning is a little too slow and too obvious. Just one instrument per 4 beats or something like that.
Might be the sound quality, but I also don't really feel an urge to dance when I listen to it, too little bassy sounds. You should probably try to add a kick ass bassdrum and a punchier bass line. Also the beats could probably be evolved a little to make it more interesting. Generally the mixing sounds a little quick and dirty. The sounds don't really harmonize to each other in space and volume. Some of the harmonies are also has some dissonances that works sometimes but get a little annoying to the end. The chaos in the end sounds quite Posfordish, like Deranger or LSD maybe (don't remember which one it reminds me of), but you would need a better drive in the lower registers to really get it going.
I think this is a nice start, but you should work on it more. You could definately play around more in the breaks as well. Add some nice pads and make use of slower melodies.

These where just some random thoughts, but I hope it gave something... Keep making that dancy music, friend! :)
