Hey everyone, I was thinking and decided to make a topic where you all can post your very first backgrounds made with AGS!
That is of course if you really want to.

well, i'm 22 years old, i have been drawing my entire life, i went to college for art and I've been pixelling and working with AGS for many more years than you have.

Experience counts for a lot, especially if you're only 12.

sulking does nothing, i sulked for a while when Apprentice came out because it was awesome, and Igor and Pessi constantly put me to shame but at least I know that I'm getting better and some day they will be dead....

The first background I did for a game was a 3D BG for Dark Hero that looked like crap.

I changed the style to cartoony when I was making the actual game.

Then I deleted the game because it didn't interest me any more.

still, you're only 14... i've had 8 more years experience at drawing plus being trained at college and probably 4 more years experience at pixel work

if you stick at it you'll be amazing in no time

I started making my first game when I was visiting my sister miles away. So I don't have that stuff - but believe me it was goooooood. (neh not really)

This is the first one I made when I got home.

I am sure that this is a remake of a previous one, but I can't remember where I put it... And I'm not sure if I posted something before, I think I did, but, well... This works...

EDIT: Ahhh! Got It! Notice it's unfinished and the wings are different...

And here's my first attempt at a background - I made it when I was 9 or 10.

It was for a game I actually finished(its over 30 rooms), but never released because it is crap.

This is my first background. It was for a Quest for Glory fan game that never got off the ground. Mainly because the guys who were writing the story never told me what I was supposed to be drawing... grrr... I ended up using it in Wanderer.

Icky- I really overdid it with the blur tool, didn't I?
