Holy crap, a new Barn Runner game! :o

It began as a Pixelween entry and it became something resembling an actual game!
Barn Runner Halloween 1: Fully Automatic Mojo

Blast your way through hordes of flesh hungry CHUDs through eight levels of arcade action. Drive, shoot, crawl, and saunter your way to victory in this, the latest and possibly most unexpected Barn Runner game of all time! (It's a Halloween game for Christmas! It's needlessly iconoclastic!)

* A new player character (Debbie)
* Three difficulty levels (at least!)
* Four different endings (at least!)
* Eight levels of (presumed) awesomeness!

Man...is the aiming off ON PURPOSE? Otherwise those CHUD bastards are thick skinned sonsabitches!

Also, needs keyboard shortcuts for the weapons and for reload ('r' would be nice). Clicking on the screen is just unnecessarily fiddly!

Fix this, Galactus commands it!

Fun little game, Ponch. Frustrating, but fun. Funstrating.

ProgZmax, the gun on your left should only take one shot to kill the beasties. But the gun on your right is not as powerful, and needs 3-4 shots.

ProgZ: Thanks for the suggestions. But if I put keyboard shortcuts in the game, then at the harder difficulty levels it would barely be funstrating at all! (And at the hidden "Hard Ass" difficulty level, it would just suck all the funstration out of the whole game!)

Dual: OMG large font! I wish I knew how to do that! I would post every reply in super big font. It would make my posts look as important as they truly are. Now that I've released a new game and the "How do we get Dual back to the AGS blog" poll is done, have we done enough to entice you back to blogging? The AGS community needs all the bloggin' it can get!

Frodo: I couldn't have done it without you. I should have mentioned in the original post the Frodo was my playtester on this one. But I had to create the game page and write this post on my lunch break, which is only 30 minutes. So I left out that little detail. Sorry. Thanks for all your help!

Awesomeness all around!

I played it to the finish, although I did die several times (and that was in the easiest difficulty).

I liked the Mario reference, and all the different gameplays inserted into one game!

And Ryan Timothy, I thought it's actually a nice piece of ass (on her, I mean)...

Ryan, as I understand it, what you're looking for in a pixelated backside is a high degree of pert and firmness. A more athletic digital booty, if you will. Well, you're in luck. In the world of Barn Runner, you can find such virtual bottoms on both The Chief and Debbie.

Figure 1.1 (A Two Dimensional Yet Somehow Pert Posterior)

Noriko, on the other hand is a bit more bottom heavy. That's because not every cartoon woman I draw is going to be a twenty-something hottie with the same cookie-cutter body. (And also the woman I based her on in real life is a bit pear-shaped. She's quite pleased that her doppelganger has its share of fans.) For example, The Mayor is incredibly top-heavy. But the other Barn Runner women are a bit more reasonably endowed. If every woman in the game had the same body that wouldn't be as visually interesting to me. Attractive women come in lots of shapes and sizes.

I guess my point is that if I want to draw a woman with a big butt, I'll draw a woman with a big butt.
