Just an update, Added multilanguage support for all speech text and audio to the game, within a single easy editor. I thought that was inportant as suggested by someone elsewhere

Allow me to be cynical for a moment. "Free" to Unity is "Let us plaster our logo all over your game and make sure people know you use a trial version. Also let us strip out all the shaders that make your game look decent, and dynamic lighting."

I can't disagree at all :-)

Nuvarian, your project looks great! It will especially useful to those who love to work with Unity.

However Unity is a lot of cash. Age.seccia.com already is working on an adventure engine using Unity too. Take a look, maybe you can collaborate.

Hey thanks! I've stumbled upon AGE and look nice although as far as I can tell, the tools are not integrated in Unity. In any case though, I am already near completion of AGF as it comes along very nice in my opinion. Here is a small feature update for anyone:

- Made ability to player to control any number of character across scenes
- Completed full save/load system with slots instead of autosave as I had before
- Ability to define interaction in a visual decision tree similar to the dialogue editor

I though I let you know that regarding 2D games, I am waiting for Unity 4.3 to come out so that I implement it on it's new native 2D feature set.

By the way, Unity has a free version :-)

-EDIT-
Sorry for no video yet, I wanted to complete the above features first :/

If its possible to somehow transfer projects to and from AGS without too much hassle, I'd pay a good price for it.

um...that would be nice but to be straight forward, it will never happen :). I also think it's nearly impossible if not totaly impossible. heh

Well, even if the tool wasn't for Unity, I would still charge something for it. I am in my attempt to being relieved from working for other companies and become indiependant. But that would never happen if I give the tools I make for free even though I would like to be able to do so, but that would require me having other income sources already. Unfortunately that doesn't happen currently.
That said the price will be very reasonable, something like 50E on Asset Store, and less off-store (since they get 30% on store). Let me know what you think

Looks great so far, but it isn't going to be available for free, correct?
Also correct yes. Unfortunately it won't be free..I'm sorry :(

Wow, will you be integrating the same kind of built-in features/functions AGS has?
Yes, the point is to be a full featured adventure game toolkit for Unity, but do you have something specific in mind? I'm open to requests :)

Thanks guys.
Yes, you are totaly correct. Indeed a video is a must. I am actually polishing some stuff and working on some videos and a demo "game". I hope I soon have something to show instead of images. Hopefully within the weekend :-)

Hey people. I've been a long fan of AGS and the games created with it. Though Unity being my favorite game engine, I've been working for the past months in a framework/toolkit for creating classic (as in gameplay) adventure games in Unity. I'd like AGF to become the definite Unity toolkit for adventure games. I've made a post in the Unity forum here. Feel free to ask anything, make requests or throw me a tomato for the shameless promotion :-P
