Here is a AGS remake screenshot of MI I was once working on. All my AGS files were accidently destroyed, along with all sprites.

I know this question has already been asked, a thousand times, but does anyone know where to get some good MI sprites?

I am currently thinking developing an AGS MI game, and I want to test some sprites, to go with a new script i've written.

I already have the backgrounds.

I mean a website dedicated to AGS, and AGS alone. No other adventure games included.

I'm recruting people to help make a website, which reviews AGS games. At the moment no work is being done to the other websites, which specailise in this, so I have decided to make one myself. If anyone wants to help, please email me at, jamie3000_2004@yahoo.co.uk, and I'll send you more details.

Also does anyone know of a good free website designer like geocities?

I would like to try your beta test. I've also tried th save game with screenshot effect, but never accoplished it.

A supervisor, doesn't supervise the manager. If you had sense, you would know this.
Obviously you were either just joking around, or tryng to wind me up. Which in both cases I don't like. Were talking about serious stuff here, stuff which shouldn't be messed around with.

My first finished game will be out next mounth or so. It's about a mad Scientist called 'MOON GOON' who's trying to destroy the planet Vian. MOON GOON, is the leader of the sycthen army and and wants to destroy the planet, because of a trade dipute with the Resian, Vian's inhabbintants.

The game starts with MOON GOON locked away in prison, unfortuneltly he get's out somehow, partly because of you, the main character. You fell guitly and ashamed  of your accidental accident, by accidently letting him  go, so you try to join the Resian Forces. Of course they don't want you, so try to get back at him, on your own.

There's three parts to this game, and a final stage. I think the game will last at least 2 hours, even for a top adenture player. There will be over 100 rooms!! The puzzels will be a little tricky, but nothing special.

I started making this game 2 years ago, but I got bored so I just dumped it. But when I played it 2 years later, it took me 20 minutes to get to the end, and it was only 70% done, and I knew most of the puzzels myself already

After that I started porting Monkey Island to AGS, but now i'm starting MOON GOON again, partly because nobody liked my monkey island idea.

(This message, has nothing to do with people joining my team. I'm just writing this to inform you that I am dedicated to AGS, and I can complete adventure games. And although I haven't yet, you will soon see that I can).

Is anyone interested in starting an AGS team with me.
The team will be under my management. You'll be able to vote on what happens, when doing a project. And Everybody will have a say.  Plus much more, but I can't think of anything right now.

These are the current jobs avalible:

1. Artist
I'll describe something I want doing, and you'll draw a couple, or more, designs. The team will then vote on which design we use.

2. Musician
I prefer original music, made by you, but I also except someone who can ripp and combine already made music, made by other people. (also team vote)

3. Plot designers
Good story writers. Someone who suggests really good puzzels, which we can use in our projects.  Someone who can imagine good, unreal places which the artist will then design. (Team will vote on the best storyline and puzzels)

As team manager I will put all of the project together.

Well i've thought of making one of those RON games. I've even thought of the story. You see, what happens is that you, the chicken, have just the shot the sheriff. Running away, you see Davy. You tell him about you, shooting the sheriff, and he tells you, that he knows a spell which can make you, go back in time. As going back in time, you could then not shoot the sheriff. But the going back in time spell makes you think, that you could use the spell to go back in time, to save your brother Fred. Anyway not the mess up all of RON's history, i've thought of an idea to kill Fred at the end.

Does that sound like a good idea to anyone?

Yes, you've got a point. Everone forget what I said, about putting apart of MI on the internet. It's over.

But before I go, I have to say, that I take nothing personal, at all. I wasn't arguing with anyone. I was debating. And I don't think there's anything, wrong with that. You told me something that I disagreed with, so I put my point across, the same you did when I told about the whole remaking MI thing. So please don't ecuse me, of something i'm not doing. Thankyou. Yes, your right. My apologies. But before, people were bad mouthing my idea, really bad. And for all the work i've done, I just think that's damm right rude.

When saying I want support, what I really mean is I don't want anyone dising the idea.

I'm going to have it on the web, by Tuesday. But only if people give me support, otherwise it's not going on there. Also it's not the full game, only what i've done already. And it's only the first half of melee island(not meaning the landscape, that's all there) because that's the only part which is nearly perfect. The second half is very buggy. The only problem with the first half is the sword fighting. Not the sword master, that's perfect, I mean the pirates,there too clever for there own good.

So i'll give you link of the website, on Tuesday, but only if you give some support.

I think this is an OK idea, but if you want to compare to RON, your gonna have to put alot of effort into it. It's gonna have to stay fresh, so there's gonna have to have alot of new rooms in it, every episode.  Also it's gonna have to have new characters every so often, if not every episode, just like the rooms. The graphics, in my opionion, won't have to be amazing, but will have to be acceptable. The main character, will have to have a side-kick, get the hall monitor, detective atmosphere. An official website will have be started, and there will have to be rules for the community, who's making the episodes.

Maybe your right about the copyright thing. I never said I was making a public Monkey Island port, anyway. I said I had made a few rooms, and ripped a few graphics.But  now, like I said before, i've stopped remaking it.

But I still think it would be good if someonelse would port it.

And by the way, I think that it's good that a 14 year old boy, has made 25% of an old classic adventure game, some adults don't even start an a ORIGINAL  game, which they've thought  of themselves.
