Have I done something or is this a bug? It seems that AGS doesn't "clean up" the higher characters completely. I noticed this when I was making a demo game for my plugin.

The text is drawn using the DrawText API function. And the TTF font is obviously outlined by AGS. (AGS 2.6 SP1)

Hi, CJ, I'd need this for my outline generator plugin:

SetCursorGraphic (mode, bitmap);
With this I could change the inventory cursor to an outlined inventory cursor bitmap which is created by my plugin.

Pretty please? :D

Or maybe it should be SetInvGraphic(invitem, bitmap)?
And in that case GetInvItemHotspot(item,x,y) API function would be quite nice too... :)

WARNING! THIS IS AN ALPHA VERSION!

Okay... So, I tried my skills and made an outline generator plugin for sprites. Only one function is available: SetSprite(int sprite, int onoff, int outlinecolor, int x, int y, int generateoutline). I've included a small test game to the zip (extract the zip to the folder of AGS). These are the current requirements for sprites that can be outlined: one pixel of empty space below the sprite (and maybe also 1 px on the right, i'm not sure of this).

Yes, I'm making a Star Wars fan movie with some of my friends (don't tell Lucas!)... I've already posted some lightsaber test a pretty long time ago and now they're the easiest part of the special effects. Here's something new:

So, there. It's short but that's just the bit I want comments of. I made it in Adobe After Effects 5.0 as my first try with the particle playground -effect. I haven't even figured out if there's a way to set a time when those particles will die.

Any comments? Or suggestions how to improve it?

Okay, I've finally made this new thread for my AGS project, which has finally got a name! :)

The plot

The bank has been robbed. While the robbers were trying to escape they accidently kidnapped a computer genious, Bill Hills. So, they have to change their plan a bit. You're a not-so-smart detective, who is sent to investigate the robbery and so the adventure begins...

Hello, fellow AGSers!

Here's the first plugin for AGS that I've ever released. The experimental credits plugin. But it's a start. It's quite easy to use and so on. But the text can't currently be centered and there are no amazing special effects. Just simple text which is scrolled from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen. It was just a test! Please, don't make fun of me... :D

It's maybe still a bit buggy, but this way the bugs will be more easilly spotted. So, report right away if you find a bug! The test game will be released separately later, because it's quite buggy at the moment. I'll post the changes list separately...
