Roy Lazarovich might have them. He hasn't been to this forum for a while, but you could porbably find his email address with the forum's search feature..

And you just want them for reference, right?

you get a grappling hook in Discworld Noir, a key in countless games and a shovel in The Trials of Oddyseus Kent... sorry...

Geek humor is so hard to understand..

I like it better without the lens flare too. You're a skilled enough artist that you shouldn't have to use pre-fab effects to make your art look good.

I think the whole thing needs to be moved a little to the right to be horizontally centered.. And down a little too, even with the text.

I had a rock collection too. And a collection of broken glass from the beach. I didn't have any action figures. Just a plastic dinosaur that my dog chewed a leg off of.

Kids are spoiled these days..

- Draw someone with an unsightly physical deformity. Like too many arms, too few arms, and arm where a leg should be, or maybe a badly ingrown toenail.. Just use your imagination.
- 6 colors
- Size: 96 x 128
- Animation: Not mandatory, but it would be nice to see some..

Woo.. Thanks. I have to say that I think Eric's entry rates much higher than mine on the cool scale, but I'm not one to complain.. At least not about things that work to inflate my ego  :P

I promiste to carry out the office of sprite jam host with honor and dignity. Hail to me!

Neat. I'm not sure how it could be useful in any way to me, but I still like it.

Actually, I really just posted to say how I want my own purple polar bear..

If you're planning on going to college, that will help a lot. Of course, you're only sixteen..  So forget that for now :P

I like it. Very Rode Killey.

Only crit I have is that some of the instruments are too loud compared to the others.

You haven't done anythinge else? Not even the story? Not even any scripting? Do you expect anyone to take your project seriously?

Show us the plot from your game, or a rough draft of the first few rooms. Nobody is going to help you unless you prove that you're actually doing something.

THis was originally supposed to be Urkel on a Murderous rampage, but I changed it a bit to fit Trap's idea. Black guy with big penis shooting people.

Next: A cute animal doing something that's not cute at all.

I make love to George Carlin. I'm not familiar with Lewis Black, though.. Not the name anyway. I might recognize him if I saw his act.

I know how you feel, too. I don't really socialize much around this time either. I go to a public school, so obviously I know people my age, but I'm kind an introvert. Most people like me (as far as I know  :P) but they really can't identify with me because I'm such a quiet person. So during the summer I pretty much just stay home. And hang out with my parents.. Yeah, that's right. I don't have my license, either. And I live in the middle of nowhere. And the only person my age who lives nearby is a creepy Emo kid who I really don't like because he keeps singing even though he has a really shitty voice. Phew.. It was good to let all that out. Now back to you: My advice is to harness that boredom into doing something useful. Work on a game. Write songs. Pass your driving test. Breed albino bunnies. I always feel better when I feel like I'm actually doing something. And when you feel better, try what Eric said. Find somebody with the same interests as you. I guess you already did that when you came here.. but.. try again.

Seven Nation Army is a great song.. Not sure if I'd call it the best, though.

I liked Sit Down, Stand Up from Hail to the Theif. I also liked the songs I heard from The Coral's new album, (I think it's from 2003).

QuoteGotta be Junior Senior's "Move your feet" of course.

Best video ever  :)

This is quite possibly the worst piece of art I've ever done:

Next: Someone being eaten by a piece of food.

EDIT: Hmm.. I can see how there could be some trouble here  ;)

Those 3d models are amazing.. I'm a bit skeptical about how they'll look next to the sprites though. I'd suggest editing the 3d models after rendering to make them look more like the style of the sprites.. Or edit the sprites to make them more like the 3d models  :)

Also, your game needs to be in high-color for transparency to work..
#579
You'll probably have to speed up your animation, or add more frames to it (or both). Anti-glide mode only moves the character when it changes to a new frame, so if you have a slow animation, the movement will be very chunky..

Hmm. I think I found a bug:

Spoiler
when I move the stool under the saddle and stand on it, I still can't pick the saddle up.

I love the game though. The graphics and music are some of the best I've seen in a while.
