Thanks for advice. I already took some work on that cars.

Had a major slowdown for the last two months, but I'm getting back into production now :)

According to this I'm 53,33% female and 46,67% male. Looks like my brain is of both genders :P

The man who shot the Pope was Ali Agca (not sure about the spelling).

If you want to know what has John Paul II done, look at the map of  Europe. Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Lotva, Estonia, Ukraine and even Belarus owe to him because he was the one who really started to talk openly about freedom for this region.
I admit he wasn't on top of my thoughts too, but I respect him. And about him not abdicating - he was once adviced not to leave the church before his death because it could make the cardinals divide, some still following him.

I'm not offended. I know what you meant. I just didn't like the words, that's all.

Guys. I'm an atheist. But I have respect for the Pope. Part of it because he was a Pole. And I'm a Pole too. In my country national mourning was summoned by the prime minister. There are flags on the streets. People put flowers in front of the pope's monuments. I really feel that someone important had passed away. And somehow I do not feel good hearing that John Paul II was "part of furniture". He was just a man, he commited mistakes and he did some good. To me he was an influencial man.

When I first kissed a girl, I bit her lip and dropped her on the floor. I felt like I'm gonna fall underground. But as I helped her back on her legs he just laughed and didn't say a word. And our relationship lasted for three years.

I bow my head to those who last to the end of competition.

I try my strenghts in writing sometimes. I tried fantasy, sci-fi, criminal, thriller... I don't have any copies of my few short stories. I have finished one novel but I must say it was crap and I've lost it somewhere somehow. I wrote a few poems but I always felt more like prose. Still I registered at your forum and maybe I'll have something for you soon.

Seems like the game's back on track. Way to go, Aussie  :) I regrettably admit that I haven't played a bit of it yet, but sincerely I've discovered this gem only recently and didn't come up with time to just sit and play. And I feel if I get to it, I would not like to quit it before I reach the last screenie. So please finish it, as I'd like it to be the last screen really.

As I said in the Australia thread, I'll be in UK sometime in the summer to raise some funds (hope I earn much). Don't know when yet, but I could try to make it between July and August. As to location I'd prefer Sweden bacause it's closer but I'd be glad to see Greece as long as I can manage the trip.
And I know nobody cares about me, cos' even though I've been here for about 9 months I'm still considerably a n00b :P

Critics' Lounge / Re: Company title screen

I've updated the screen at the top of the thread. Changed the horse head and I think it should stay as it is. I've also changed the tail a little. Not sure about the curled leg at front, I feel like there's something wrong with it. I'd like to liquidate the jagged edges of the triangle, but don't know how to achiev that in Paint so it will stay as it is until I can use Photoshop or something else to do it.

Here's some sketch I made with Paint. Feedback much appreciated, especially on the horseman's head and horse's legs.

At first I didn't notice... But now I know. It's rotating!  :) Stuh505: Am I wrong thinking it should be in the Critics Lounge?
Anyway, 15 degrees.

First great thing is coming up with the story, especially the first stunning moment when I am amazed with a sudden idea. Then I like adding to it and having the plot, but I don't like details like puzzles or dialog and especially rewriting some parts because I do find something does not fit.

Second is seeing that I actually have accomplished something, that it is coming to life. I'm particularly fond of cutscenes.

Third, which is the best for me, is having the game published. It's done, now you may read comments, have a little break and start doing the next game. I haven't yet published anything  :-\

The worst is scripting, probably because I didn't get used to it yet (and I don't know if I ever do).

No way I could come to Australia, though I'd like too  :-\

I do not know when exactly, but I'm planning on going to work in UK sometime during summer. If there were Brittens at that time I just might hop in. Sweden or Finnland are quite near so maybe I could manage for a meeting there too (but it's highly in question).
