Great improvements again.
2 things though:
- I preferred the floor of your first pictures.
- the photo should also be tilted when the frame is tilted

Well, let me try to explain. When something is farther away from you, it appers smaller, right? Like, if you look across the room at a window, it looks smaller then if you got up and walked right up to it, even though it has not changed size in any way, it now looks bigger.
On the door, the left side is further away then the right, so even though the door is a rectangle, and the two sides are the same height, the one of the right should be drawn shorter because of your perspective.

I think what you're missing on the background is respect to the perspective is foreshortening. For example, if you take the door on the right, the left edge, which is further from us, should be drawn shorter then the right one. This will also force the angle of the top of the door to become closer to horizontal.

36 colours seems a little over the top to me for a sprite of this size... you may also find it easier to animate with less colours.
His facial features are not very clear, even when zoomed in and especially from the side. You might want to try using a slightly bolder colour here.
His side stance is a little confusing - his upper body, including head, appear to be twisted at 90 degrees to the forward facing view, but his legs appear to be twisted 45 degrees from the forward facing view.

Well, there are a whole lot of more worse things like Habbo (you'll buy credits and then tire of it afterwards). So IMVU is not all that bad actually.

Hmmm, interesting. Well, at least it's good to know there are more options out there. I wonder if the functionality and features of the LG KE-850 are that similar to the iPhone also...
