Well the biggest problem is episode 4, because of the rhymes. This can only be translated by someone who is very good at english and german AND who is able to think of good new rhymes. It's not easy to find someone who can do this, but we hope to find someone. All the other episodes can be translated without problems imho.

But the translators could also work in pair. The german guy would tell the english one the direct translation, and then the latter would make a variation with rhymes to that, and then they would both agree if it fits.

The thing with prequels and sequels IMO is that people expect too much from them. If they stood alone i believe, some could do much better.
I think it could be also a good thing that the I-III episodes were made in a different way than the latter trilogy, because that trilogy ended there, and this is a new trilogy.

Also, a new question has come to my mind. Would the 1st trilogy be more succesful, or would we feel it in another way if it was published first, and if it would be, what would you think, how would the first trilogy been made in the 70ies.

Ok, i somehow lost my real point, but I always thought it was more cool, and more original and more for the story that the IV-VI were made first.

About the people dissapearing and coming back again thing,and a smaller amount of people noticing it, i want to say just a few things.

This community is getting larger every day, and so many people are leaving and coming these days that it is hard to keep track of and you might only notice it when someone puts it out for you, otherwise there will be always other forum members doing similar things like you and supstituting your place on a surface level, but if you are a more hard core member, you can NEVA be replaced.   :

Well, you should make a thread only if you are more than 70% done and think that you have a more or less firm deadline, because i've read somewhere that things that get announced before started(or something like that) are usually already doomed.

But I'm 100% certain that won't be the case with Ignac. The only thing you are dragging us about (is this a valid phrase) is the deadline.

This is truly some Igor type stuff. Color, detail and deformation are the name of the game. Amazing.
(although you are recycling only to impress us! With success. You devil! )

I also wanted to say that i was reflecting on trailers and stuff lately, and I figured out that a well made trailer/promo material can make the anticipation bigger, thus making the enjoyment of finally playing the game - a LOT bigger.
I noticed these things these weeks when i was watching Lost (some people on an island, bla bla, nice), and I noticed that sometimes i value the dramatic moments more than i would usually.
People can be blind and you have to point out the highpoints/plot thickenings for them.

i.e. If a game came out on the market and was perfect in every aspect, but had almost no advertising, and a game that had a good demo (let's say GF, MI3 even), that could also be brilliant, I think I could value the latter game more because of the anticipation buildup.

What I think you should do now is re-advertise the Ignac 2 promo video, because it really has been that long.
