7. When you are constantly looking for the best buy offer for the DeLorean on eBay, regarding the fact that you cant even afford repairs/gas for your current vehicle.

Ok, I did the popular thing to do too.
And when is the deadline btw?
I believe that Oldboy could actually be a really good movie if at the start he already has this advantage (OK, or it could be the friends part), but in anyway what are the Roots about?
I have my citizen duty to inform myself of the material i have just given my precious undenying vote...

In a way you are right, but where we differ is the point where i would rather not have a walkthrough, or even want their existance, because they are too tempting in a point of weakness.

Now, let's get back to the game.  :)

Err, i cant seem to DL it...

Potch, I have to say that I noticed that you are a maniac for walkthroghs.
Don't you know that using walkthroughs is a DISGRACE!!!11!!one!
j/k
Seriously, are you sure you want to play adventure games by reading the walkthrough. Using crutches even when it's smooth walk.
Personally, I am saddened(?) of myself when I use the WT, because i feel that I'm not on the level of solving the puzzle (be it lack of patience or something else. usually the first.), and when i pass a puzzle by using a WT, i feel empty...

What I wanted to ask, is do you really enjoy more using a walkthrough than playing it by yourself, or something like that...
;)

Oh,you have just reminded me to play this game...
Yes, very nice atmosphere, but helm, why is it so important to tell you the high score?

I remember playing a Bone virtual world on the i think Bone official page. It was weird but kinda fun.

Of course you would beat him, because that would be your primal response, your anger talking through you, i dont think anyone could just watch their loved ones being beaten, but wouldnt the better answer be, stop him before he does that.
Why only "fixing" things after they are done.

My way would be teaching the woman the ways of Eye for an eye, if violence is the answer, so she would beat him up.
She loves him, so, if he can do it to, then she can do it too, and then they will both see how pleasant it is to be beaten up in your own home.
(this sounds un real, but most of the other options have already been said)

One thing actually hasn't been discussed. Did anyone ask her if she wants her husband beaten up. She said she still loves him and understands him, but she didnt say she doesnt want him phys. hurt (or did she?). But I dont think this is the case.

Everything aside, there is a saying in our language: klin se klinom izbija.
It would be something like: You pull out a wedge with another wedge.
(it sounds really stupid like this)
Maybe something like, If you want to put out a fire, use water.

A lot of advices here stay(?), so I wont be repeating them directly.

I want to say that violence is NOT the answer, although it would satisfy the primal and animal part of you. If you have ever been beaten or have beaten someone up, you would know it is not nice, I mean if you have concious(?).

I was afk in the middle of this post, so I think forgot some thoughts, but my primary thought was, maybe you should see a movie with her that is relating to her situation, so she sees the pattern and preferably the movie should have a happy end, or even a comedy (is that possible?). Then maybe she could snap out of or at least use some positive sides of the film...

Well, as this seems like a confrontation of sides, i will say that i'm with Rich/Tread on this one.
Encourage him, or better yet, show him the way it should be done, or at least better if you cant show it all, but dont throw stones at him for releasing his first attempt, even if he has a history with a reputation.
I thought you all wanted non-linear stuff in your games, while you are all acting so linear, and having prejudice on someone who got on your nerves before.

He made a mistake, so kill him.
( But if he continues that way, maybe you should )

Well, if you really cant find the cup, dont give up now!   ;)

I was away for a while and when i came back, i was really in for a surprise. A mistake has been made, but i have pm-ed scummy about it and i think this misunderstanding should be solved soon.

2ma2 was always a kind of a role model to me. Or is it a row model?
I'm pretty sure he didn't have any oars.

Usually this emotions come with the game you first play (or amongst the first). That PD and Kenny Rogers changed my life and view at this community FOREVA!!!11!

I'm surprised no-one has commented yet on czar's claim to have played Full Throttle 2.

Teh sekrits will die with me, in the shadows of the forums. ;)

AGS was originally designed as a word processor, but for some reason people wanted to use it to make games and it kind of got sidetracked in that direction.

Something like the majority of the threads in this forum. Must be in the genes.  :=

Anyway, i liked both FT 1 & 2, and when i played it, i was still not too old to not appreciate the game.
In Pumaman's case I think, it's the age thing. He started playing MI's and Sam'n'maxes too late so he wasn't with them till the end.

It all comes down back to this. The age we played those games, or better yet, the feeling we had.
The alpha state of mind. The more intensive feelings and the enchanced studying state.... Bla bla bla, there i go again.

I thought some beast entered and injured badly everyone in the room, but everybody managed to somehow exit the room in an exciting and adrenaline filled rush. Then they went running to the roof, but they were all injured. It was all in the style of Resident evil/Dawn of the Dead.

Their destiny is still unkonwn.
