Anyway, this'll be an interesting game too.

I sure hope this game gets completed--that maid sure is a hottie.

Hopefully this fits the theme.



This is set at about moonrise of the evening before the first snows of winter.

Maybe the main character might visit here a few times to find certain items on his/her quest, similar to how in KQ6, Alexander found random stuff in the garden in the Isle of Wonder both before and after defeating the Minotaur in the Catacombs.  At least, that's one way to look at this.

Like I previously mentioned, I have no plans on adding a Leroy Jenkins reference to the game, but it did give me an idea for a silly doodle:

Well, Quest for Glory IV: Shadows of Darkness had some horror themes in it.

But I think Yahtzee's X Days (Chzo Mythos) Series would win the best horror adventure game award pretty easily.

My game is a trivia contest sharable between players.

I almost have it coded correctly but not quite so here is a screenie of the current build:

At the moment the game is all about AGS trivia but I hope to expand it into a platform that anyone can create their own trivia contest on and pass it on to others.

Hence the working title of "Trivia Pass You It"

So it's almost kind of like You Don't Know Jack, AGS Edition.  Almost.

Anyway, rather interesting take,  Mandle.

Just a suggestion for a funny Easter egg...

Maybe as a "random chance moment", one of the soldiers could shout out "Leerooooooooy Jenkiiiiiiins!"  Again, just a random possible line an NPC could say for a silly Easter egg.

I do sound somewhat monotone when not talking to another person, but maybe I might try something.

Yeah, the term "Contrapasso".  Basically in our modern day vernacular, we'd call it "poetic justice".

Anyway, best of luck with this game.

Either way, it will be very interesting how this MAGS will pan out.

While we're on the topic of fear and phobias, there are some pretty bizarre phobias out there, like:

Ailurophobia â€" fear of cats
Koumpounophobia â€" fear of buttons
Pogonophobia â€" fear of beards
Pedophobia, paedophobia or pediaphobia â€" fear of babies and children
Tetraphobia â€" fear of the number 4
Xanthophobia â€" fear of the color yellow
Lusophobia â€" fear of the Portuguese, Portuguese culture and the Portuguese language
Papaphobia â€" fear of the Pope

It would be interesting to see someone try to make a horror game out of one of those topics!

What about coulrophobia (sp?), the fear of clowns?
