Well, I played the game. I was going to sooner. Anyway, the graphical style of the game seems to be the best asset. The story wasn't much but I  wanted to play more so I could see more of the graphic art. Well I found some bugs. Which is sad. I'm sure you're bored hearing this but you could fix the whole thing and find a better hosting for the file it took me 21 minutes for it. Instead Tale of two kingdoms which is 5 times larger only 10 minutes.

I don't want fun of the series to get very very happy. I've remade Dave Dell making the colors more vivid. However I can;t reach Ben;s level. So Dave quality sprites will remain my style except if Ben cares to do character art or fix all mine. The sprites were a little dark but I 've fixed them. Ben if you care about doing character art PM me. Thanks anyway.

I would suggest putting a one pixel bob in the new sprite's moving animation, to simulate wind resistence, or whatever. 

Awesome idea. Good thinking. Any ideas for the idle view?
The character are not concept art by the way. I made them big because it's more easy to resize something big to small than the other way around.
The style between Dave and the other characters looks a little different eh?

NEWS:
Well, I know Tom was busy with his game so I took the liberty of re-arranging the code. Inside the zip file there is a txt file and a gui. Read the txt and do as instructed. Have fun.

I've been reshaping things and I've come up to this version. The water flowing should look strange. I've also animated the whole thing. Looks kinda neat according to me. But that's me

Of course you don't have. But the cod isn't working. And I've made some arrangements. So if you want I could upload the whole deal. I know you've been working on the game already. And besides that you have a real life as well.

1)Control Method from Sierra early 90's advanced to CMI style. Using and taking a lot of pain fixing and beta-testing Scumm GUI V2 by Electroshocker. Thanks to someone, for urging me to go to SCUMM interface. So this means that all of the Lone Case games have different control methods. That's something..

2)Changed due to reasons of better graphic experience the game's resolution to 640x480. From 320x240. So that's one thing in common with Lone Case 2 and 3.

3) I haven't decided whether to change the color depth and advance to 32bit. I'd like a second opinion to that.

4)Unfortunately the past 4 days I haven't work on the art. And before the story is fully written I'm not planning to. Maybe I'll just re-create the characters from Lone Case one in case they are needed.

It's more actually of a futuristic one. The rug seems so bad, because the picture is resized by me.

It seems quite dark but on fullscreen you can distinguish things very easily.
I think. Try loading it on a 640 x 480 resolution on AGS and 16bit and press fullscreen preview and tell me if it's really that dark.

Me as well, if you need a beta tester.

EDIT: Maybe I'm stupid. But I couldn't figure out how isos works. I've played game with a similar panel, but they were more helpful and less sophisticated. Secondly I tried to write a mail. No work there. I did what I was asked. Strictly. No effect though.

Tell me your opinion and what need improvement. Or if the style is any good. Please!

John faust from Lone Case 2

I personally suggest you go to a store near you. Lucas Arts has re-releashed the old line. I 've bought Curse of Monkey Island for 14.99. Good price. Anyway. don't wait . You'll wait for ever. I've tried to download it for 7 years repeatedly. You just can't.

EDIT: Everything works quite perfect. I could fix the code if you like.

Well, as most people around here already know google has given a free public service to create pages easily and fast and also gain 100 mb of space. However i've tried to login the main page but it won't load. I've searched on google if they changed their adress but they haven't. Does anybody know another service similar to google pages or inform me if the google page creator main page is up?
