Here in Bulgaria is two weeks, too.  

I`m not sure but I think AGS can`t handle interactions over a plain GUI. But this is my opinion.

Currently AGS can use only *.pcx and *.bmp. PCX are smaller than BMP so try to use them.
In the old times of the DOS editor you could use JPG.

1. Try downloading it with FlashGet and from the mirror that is near to you. Then ask for help.

My hardware provider wants 127 $ for a GeForve 4 TI4200 64MB so I can`t buy it.
The sound is intergated on the mainboard, the chip is ALC650 from Realtek.
If there is problem with the video card I will change it.
My budget is 550 $.

If you are talking about AGS try using a download manager like FlashGet.
