thing is I'm probably going to work stupid jobs all my life,
what I really want to do is something creative I don't care what! maybe paint or draw or design or direct those are ALL things I like. but to officially become one of those things you've got to finish some sort of school and since I flunked highschool it's pretty much imposible to get in one of those schools.

I rented this movie after a trailer I downloaded.
anyone ever seen this movie?

it's about a world where thoughts and feelings are controlled by clerics, all art forms are destroyed and everyone accused of feeling gets the death penalty (pretty boring) then one of the clerics starts feeling though he doesn't know why and eventually even takes on the the empire (wich is pretty much everyone else) great action scenes and a nice ending follow  

at first I found the world in witch it takes place to unreal and I figured they didn't spend much time thinking about it, then after some very interesting plot turn this movie became interesting, with breathtaking action sequences (very matrix-like) and some interesting character developments this movie was actually fun to watch

I should certainly recommend it if you're bored one night

I also had that idea for a while,
realgamer even USED ags to make a game called the masters they'd have an article about it every month!
and a few topics about adventure games (wich also included AGS, and some games like rob blanc )
anyway I think it's a good idea, aslong as their conclusion isn't "adventure games are dead"

I can't really say how long I do about writing a story
sometimes it takes me hours and I can't think of anything
and other times I acomplish exactly the same within 5 minutes!

I'm going to nicaragua in october and won't be back till december so I can't spend any money now but after december I could come to england (a flight to london costs 10 euros these days  ) I'm still pretty sad about missing mittens this year so this could be a nice substitute

and to you dutch freaks:
we should set a date  

1-a back ground takes me about 2 hours
characters take about 1 hour, objects about 15 mins or less
I use MS paint  

2- I usually first work out my concept write out a story make concept art think up more puzzles start drawing everything on the computer and last import it onto AGS and make a game out of it.
(ofcourse I test some things in AGS before I continue)
