I think it was mentioned that it would mean a lot of work, since probably lots of things need to be rewritten, and there's a possibility that we may get unknown crashes sometimes since it would be difficult to test the engine on all different settings.

I still want to say that, whenever you want to make a game, try to work with limits, if you can think clearly first, the limits may not be something blocking your creative minds. Just think and plan beforehand, and request increment of limits unless you think it's REALLY necessary.

Actually he looks like a pile of clay to me, worst of all, he also looks obviously drawn to me like most of the crap CGI effects of other movies. I'd rather watch a man in a rubber suit...

I don't know, but when I watched the TV ad, the Hulk was TOO fake, it was terrible IMO. And since it's another Hollywood movie directed by a Chinese, I probably won't like it.

Actually I'm for the idea of manually setting the sprite number of a sprite (provided it'll check for duplicated numbers and such, etc.). The reason was that I can arrange the sprite number in the slots I like so I can do some tricky scripting on animations, etc (you know what I meaned, right? right?)
However, this can be solved by better organisation when importing the sprites actually but having manual control of the sprite slot numbers is good IMO.

The reason was that there're many feature requests and you can just make a text file and record the descriptions of the media files already.

Actually MP3 is patented, if your game is a free download, I doubt anyone would really care about whether you use MP3 musics in it (same goes to the MP3 player too), unless the MP3's are copyrighted stuffs of course.

However, if your game is commercial, you should take care about it (unless you're really ready to pay these royality fees that may be charged on you). An alternative is to use OGG audio instead. And there is always a compiled engine without MP3 player ready in the AGS's official site if you really need to use it.

Note that the character[CHARID].x and character[CHARID].y should only be modified when the character had stopped moving, see the manual for more details.

Yes it may, but that depends on what functions you're using and what computer the game's running on.

In general you don't need to care much about it, I think most modern computers are fast enough to handle much tasks, unless there're long while loops (>2000 times per game frame for example) and many graphics intensive functions (eg. many rawdraw functions used), etc.

I think you can currectly check them in the rep. exec text script. But yes, maybe adding such interaction triggers can be a good idea.
I'm not sure if they're really useful though.

If you want to use different responses for the paintbrush, why don't you use another list then?
Are you using something like unhandled_events?

I think that's not a good idea, Captain. I think you have a unique style of graphics that few people would be able to capture the same feeling. They may not be great looking or good in skills, but they surely are quite attractive IMO. RLBAT would never look the same and probably lost lotsa fun if it's graphics are all replaced by something else. So go on with your own graphics in your games!

Nice walking anim!
But I think occasional bopping up and down one pixel in his head, and some small enlarging/shrinking in his eyes while he's walking would be even kooler.
