So... has The Forgotten Element been abandoned?

I thought you said you were redrawing characters, are you're going to use the original sprites for your characters? Even on Simon?

I'd definitely suggest making new sprites, at least for the main characters...

I agree with Problem, I thought it was a fairly solid idea up until Indiana Jones and Maniac Mansion entered the equation.

In any case, I'll give it a go once it's done.

I'd be willing to give the translation a shot.

:o ;D

I'm still downloading so no complaints or praises yet, just wanted to congratulate you on finishing, you guys rule.

I've been waiting for this game ever since I finished the original, and from the comments, it sounds like a worthy sequel, so... yeah... that's it... bye!

Not too fond on his right hand, not that i could do better but.. :)

I agree with the pudding. The right hand seems to be dislocated at the wrist and sagging off into the left... I'd move it a tad more to the right.

Sorry for editing your art. That's the second image I've bastardized. I think I have problem...

The rest looks top notch though. The face might need a little shading though, since the fisherman/shopkeeper is wearing a hat. :)

EDIT: Damn it. I should just set up a website. Can't get it to work... oh well. Anyway, the only things I changed were the right hand by moving it slightly to the right and the left hand by shading it a tad (since it's partially covered by the body).

EDIT 2: Well, I set up a site... sorta... well, not at all.

Lets try again...

I decided to try and shade the guy's face slightly, and I noticed that you can't really notice any of the changes I've made...  ::) anyway, I also added a small tint of blue to the glasses so they wouldn't be so white.

Ah, I see now.

This game's art looks great. I hope you manage to get the game back on track ASAP, it would be a shame if it were canceled.

Also, I think the player char looks a tad too young. I know you're just "thinking out loud" with your sprite, and that any suggestion I make will probably be irrelevant due to the current status of the game, but I had a few mins and nothing better to do so here's my interpretation of what the player char should look like (it actually took me longer to figure out how to attach an image. Really wish we could upload from HD's instead of linking from websites)...

I hope you don't mind that I've bastardized your art. :-\

Wow... your graphics look... wow... and I don't even like 3D! :o

I'm going to be looking out for this one... Do you have a website?

PS> Your English is just fine.

I know I've seen your name and avatar somewhere else… can't seem to place it where though.

Anyway, I think those look great. I have two minor opinions though.

1) For the first and second character, it looks like the tunics they’'re wearing are skin tight, I've always thought that shading should determine a characters body instead of outlines.

2) The third one needs a little more detail on the face and (chainmail?) tunic.

I'll send in a sample... haven't got anything better to do.

By the way, in what mood is the last one supposed to be?

So none of you are going to help that guy out?  ???

That's so... disappointing.

I expected better from this community.

You all deserve to burn in hell!

BURN!

Sorry... I also made coffee this morning, and I drank it all on my own.

RE had potential until they f@cked it up.

Can someone actually name a movie based on a game that's worth watching?

The window is out of perspective... or something. It needs to follow the lines from the wall.
